The C900 HYBRID 3D Printer stands out by enabling simultaneous printing of ceramics, polymers, and metals. Up to three additional materials can be deposited alongside the main ceramic formulation within the build chamber. The placement of secondary materials can be adjusted precisely according to application requirements. Inside the system, users can integrate different distributor types, including needle valve and micro distribution systems. Printer with Precision UV Laser Technology

The printer operates using UV laser stereolithography at 355 nm with a powerful 2 kW laser source and approximately 35 µm beam diameter. Parts are built from the bottom up while the build plate descends. This process ensures even shrinkage after firing, improving dimensional stability and fine detail reproduction.

Support free printing reduces post processing time and simplifies workflow. The integrated CPS software controls both the standard printing functions and hybrid operations within a single interface, enhancing efficiency and ease of use.
