Printer with Support Free Technology

Using stereolithography technology, the C900 FLEX 3D Printer builds parts from the bottom up while the platform descends. This method ensures homogeneous shrinkage after firing, resulting in improved dimensional precision and the ability to create extremely fine details.

The support free printing capability significantly reduces post processing time. Without supports to remove, users benefit from faster cleaning, improved surface finish, and greater productivity. This makes the C900 FLEX 3D Printer not only a prototyping solution but also a true production tool.

Flexible Platform Sizes

Flexibility is central to the design. The printer offers three platform configurations, allowing users to adapt to various project requirements. The maximum print bed dimension reaches 300 x 300 x 100 mm, enabling the production of larger components or multiple smaller parts in a single cycle.

The SAM option allows printing with only 100 mL of ceramic, reducing material waste during development phases. Once the prototype is validated, the same machine can produce qualified parts in series without changing technology.

The system supports a wide range of advanced ceramics including Alumina, Zirconia, Silicon Nitride, Aluminium Nitride, Cordierite, Hydroxyapatite, and more.
