Description

C101 HYBRID 3D Printer for Multi Material Innovation

The C101 HYBRID 3D Printer is engineered for innovators who want to push the limits of ceramic additive manufacturing. Designed by 3DCeram Sinto, this advanced system allows two materials to be printed simultaneously within the same layer, unlocking new possibilities for functional and multi material components.

3D Printer with Dual Material Capability

The core strength of the C101 HYBRID 3D Printer lies in its ability to combine two materials during a single print cycle. The second material may be ceramic, metal, or polymer, depending on application requirements. This flexibility enables research centers, laboratories, and industrial users to develop complex structures with varied mechanical or functional properties.

The open parameter architecture provides full control over print settings. Users can fine tune process variables to meet specific project demands, making the system ideal for advanced research and specialized production environments.

Printer with Precision Laser Technology

Using UV laser stereolithography at 405 nm with a laser spot diameter of approximately 60 µm, the C101 HYBRID 3D Printer delivers exceptional detail and dimensional accuracy. The top down printing approach allows parts to be built without mechanically connected supports. As the tray lowers during printing, parts are formed from the bottom up, resulting in consistent shrinkage during sintering and improved precision.

Material feeding is cartridge based. The cartridge can be filled before printing and even refilled during operation, ensuring efficient workflow and minimal downtime. With options ranging from 60 mL to 920 mL, users can scale material usage according to project size.

Compatible Materials

The printer supports advanced ceramics such as Zirconia, Alumina, and Silicon Nitride. These materials offer excellent mechanical strength, thermal resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear performance. Their optimized formulations ensure smooth material flow and homogeneous layer formation, guaranteeing high quality finished parts.

Compact yet powerful, the C101 HYBRID 3D Printer is the perfect solution for organizations seeking precision, flexibility, and true multi material ceramic 3D printing capability.
