The C101 EASY FAB 3D Printer is engineered for innovation driven environments that demand both development flexibility and production readiness. Developed by 3DCeram Sinto, this system allows users to prototype ceramic components and then seamlessly scale up to larger production systems such as the C3600 ULTIMATE using the same core technology.

Precision Feeding System

At the heart of the C101 EASY FAB 3D Printer is a 2.5 liter pressurized pot feeding system combined with a peristaltic pump. This setup ensures accurate paste quantity control and consistent layer deposition. Printing is performed with the precise amount of ceramic required, reducing waste while maintaining excellent part quality.

The system uses UV laser stereolithography with a 405 nm wavelength and approximately 60 µm laser beam diameter. This configuration delivers high resolution details and uniform shrinkage after curing, improving dimensional precision and surface quality. The Z axis movement range of 0.020 to 0.125 mm enables fine layer control for demanding applications.

3D Printer with Open Parameters
