Open Process Control
One of the defining strengths of the C101 EASY LAB 3D Printer is its open parameter architecture. The printer operates using UV laser stereolithography with a 405 nm wavelength and approximately 60 µm laser spot diameter. This ensures high resolution, excellent surface finish, and precise detail reproduction. The Z axis movement range of 0.020 to 0.125 mm allows accurate layer control for demanding research applications.
3D Printer for Small Batch Development
Material efficiency is a key advantage. A print can start with just 60 mL of ceramic, or as little as 10 mL using the SAM option. This significantly reduces material waste during research trials. Cartridge sizes from 180 mL up to 920 mL provide flexibility for various project scales.
The top down stereolithography system enables printing without supports, improving surface quality and reducing post processing work. The cartridge based feeding system allows easy filling at the start of the cycle and refilling during operation.

The system supports advanced ceramics such as Zirconia, Alumina, and Silicon nitride. These materials offer high mechanical strength, thermal stability, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.
